Advantages and disadvantages of transition effects

Automatic- Advantages

•Makes the slideshow more interesting.

•Make it look more professional.

•Best used when there is no-one presenting it.

Automatic- Disadvantages

•Takes a while to add all of the effects to the slideshow.
 •Can distract the audience from the information. 
•The speaker cannot stop the presentation when they want, not good for a speech.

Manual- Advantages

•Quicker to make
 •You can move on when you want- more control 
•Best for a speech, questions can be answered when required. 

Manual- Disadvantages 

•Can be boring- no effects. 
•Need to click it, needs a presenter
